Peggy Hoffman selected for ASAE’s 2018 Class of Fellows

Mariner’s Peggy Hoffman was among the five association leaders selected for ASAE’s 2018 Class of Fellows in June. The Fellows program recognizes individual accomplishments and contributions to ASAE and the association sector, and it is a call to service for the profession.

“I am been fortunate to have found an association that gives me so much and has been such a strong force in my professional success. So I am deeply honored to join the Fellows. I would hope that being a Fellow means that I will continue to stretch my service muscle through active contribution of time and talent to ASAE and the greater association community, especially mentoring and being available to our community’s emerging leaders.”

Peggy is joining just 260 others to receive the designation since the program’s inception in 1986. ASAE is a membership organization of more than 40,000 association executives who manage leading trade associations, individual membership societies, and voluntary organizations around the world. The ASAE Fellows program is among ASAE’s highest honors, recognizing individuals who have made a significant impact on the association community through exemplary volunteer service and leadership, extraordinary accomplishments, or other major contributions to ASAE and the profession of association management. Hoffman and her colleagues in the 2018 class of ASAE Fellows “embody the diversity and strength of the association profession, and I know they will continue to influence our profession and heed the call to service that is a hallmark of the Fellows,” says Jeff Morgan, FASAE, CAE, CEO of the Club Managers Association of America and chair of ASAE’s Fellows Selection Committee.
