Day 3 … There are four churches in the small community of 153 residents which swells beyond that during the summer. The churches generally speaking open in the summer to offer a home away from home for worshipers. As I attend service, I am with dozens who share my beliefs. Dozens with whom I have an instant connection. Thanks to the traditions, I also feel instantly at ease and familiar.
Yet, this small chapel is very different in many ways from my home parish. It has adapted the traditions to the community.
Such a good model, a lesson, for associations and their chapters.
