We did it! We sailed through our 20th anniversary year with the wind at our back and open waters ahead. We decided to pause and reflect on what we’ve accomplished (try it … it’s a great way to start the new year on the right foot) and it’s amazing! Of course, we want to thank our clients and fellow collaborators who helped us achieve so much.

On training and support for chapters, components, volunteers and association staff, we …
✔ Worked with 29 clients on a range of projects from leadership training to volunteer management to innovating strategies on components and more.
✔ Interacted with 445 chapters.
✔ Produced 24 webinars/virtual workshops for our clients.
✔ Designed, facilitated and taught at 11 In-person/virtual client conferences.
✔ Completed 7 component assessments and redesign projects where we aided associations in innovating their component structures.
✔ Traveled to 8 states plus DC and Puerto Rico. Plus, connected internationally with association pros in Australia and The Philippines.

✔ Designed and produced 1 virtual (3-day) workshop, 2 in-person workshops, and 8 webinars exclusively for CRPs. *A special thanks to Billhighway for collaborating with us on these events.
✔ Facilitated 3 in-person sessions, 1 virtual workshop (5-hours), and 4 virtual webinars for ASAE.

✔ Sent out 11 editions of our monthly e-letters, Waypoint, to 445 active subscribers. Want to get on the list? Subscribe here!
✔ Published 25 blog posts. We are especially proud of our Top 20 Lists monthly series where, in celebration of 20 years, we shared tips, info and fun facts for you and your volunteer leaders.
✔ Completed 2 research projects including the 2022 Chapter Performance & Benchmarking Report. The second, conducted for the ASAE Research Foundation, focused on effective volunteer models for associations; the report will be issued in Q1 2023. ✔ Wrote 3 bylined articles including for Answers for Associations Journal (“Associations Evolve: 2023 & Beyond”) and Sparks Consulting (Five Tips for Success with Ad Hoc Volunteers). Look for more coming in 2023.
