An advanced two-part course where you will learn the basics, then go beyond as you work through scenarios and cases to enhance skill development. Your learning journey begins with a Readiness Assessment to help you understand your current skills and knowledge, and map your own learning journey. *Part 1 is a virtual program offered live or recorded to be completed prior to the full day in-person workshop.

Mariner Management and Crystal Lake Partners have partnered to build and bring this training to support association professionals in understanding and mastering their critical role in working with volunteers. Both companies have extensive backgrounds in supporting associations in their volunteer strategy. The Mariner Team led two of the ASAE Foundation’s research studies on association volunteer programs including the latest, A Holistic Approach to Volunteer Management, in 2023. Kristine has been a leading voice in the ASAE Research Foundation’s Foresightworks and joined Mariner in the 2023 volunteer research.
