An advanced two-part course where you will learn the basics, then go beyond as you work through scenarios and cases to enhance skill development. Your learning journey begins with a Readiness Assessment to help you understand your current skills and knowledge, and map your own learning journey. *Part 1 is a virtual program offered live or recorded to be completed prior to the full day in-person workshop.

A virtual basics course on being a volunteer liaison. Over 75-minutes, you will explore the essential tasks and responsibilities of the volunteer liaison role, discover tools and resources you need to lead volunteers and gain ideas to build strong and respectful staff-volunteer relationships.
