Lucky 13: Mariner’s Year in Review

Who says 13 is an unlucky number? Not the three of us at Mariner! Year 13 was our best year yet. It was also our busiest. And it was chock full of firsts. Probably the coolest thing about last year was how lucky we were to try new things and work with some awesome new clients.

One standout is our first interim executive gig as Peter is serving as interim executive director for Professional Recyclers of Pennsylvania while we’re helping them find just the right
person or AMC that will take them into the future. A second is having our team, with Kevin Whorton, selected to conduct the ASAE Foundation’s research to define the attributes of a highly successful and mutually-beneficial volunteer program (look for early report at Great Ideas 2016 and then full coverage at ASAE Annual). There was also the first when a return trip ended with a tow truck and the purchase of a new transmission.

Lucky 13 Year In Review

Thank you to our awesome management clients, PRSA Maryland, Appraisal Institute Metro DC Chapter and the Maryland Recycling Network, and the many associations who allowed us to be part of our journey in 2015 through a myriad of projects, strategic planning and speaking/training contracts.
